Withdrawal

For any return, the product must be returned in its ORIGINAL and COMPLETE condition: (product and packaging included). In this case, your responsibility is engaged. Any degraded product cannot be refunded.
If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us by phone, letter or email within 4 days of receiving your order. It is only upon receipt of the returned product that we can begin the refund process. Import customs duties are non-refundable.
Any return costs are your responsibility.
